Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In most cases, orders ship shortly after processing. Please note that delivery estimates below are transit times after the order ships.

We offer the following domestic shipping options (delivery estimates and rates):

Shipping cost is calculated based on your order total and/or shipment weight, and the final amount will always be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is available via carrier services shown at checkout (for example, DHL Express with carrier-calculated transit time). Available options, pricing, and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless the checkout explicitly indicates duties are prepaid.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected service).
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing (international). We’ll do our best to support you if any issues come up.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
